Flashing red-light warning

Jamie Minacci does not truly represent Stockbridge residents.

To the editor:

I am voting for Lisa Sauer for Stockbridge Select Board because Jaime Minacci does not truly represent Stockbridge residents. She has shown her true colors by rejecting the residential tax exemption (RTE) because as she has expressed that it harms second-home owners, a constituency that doesn’t vote in our elections.

Furthermore, she evidently is in favor of Patrick Sheehans’ development of the DeSisto property into a small town within our bucolic Stockbridge, evidenced by her continual allowance of unrestricted discussion by Sheehans’ attorney while limiting those opposed to the development to to two minutes each. I implore Stockbridge residents to reject Jaime Minacci for our Select Board.
