“The Creative Flow: Yoga and Mindfulness” 75 min. Class
Enhance your well-being with a transformational practice that blends yoga with mindfulness. In these weekly sessions, you’ll stretch, move and breathe to promote physical strength, flexibility, and balance. Each session concludes with a short guided meditation to calm the mind, open the heart and cultivate emotional resilience. Together we’ll explore awareness, loving-kindness and relaxation to enhance creativity and help navigate life’s challenges with more ease. Whether you’re new to yoga and mediation or deepening your practice, this experience offers tools to promote mind-body wellness and cultivate peace in your daily life.
This class will be team-taught by Robert Sandor, a Kripalu trained yoga and meditation teacher, and Louise Weingrod, a Kripalu trained meditation teacher.
