The people of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, Stockbridge, invite you and your bicycle to start your summer in the Berkshires at our first annual Blessing of the Bicycles on May 24th at 1:00 PM in the churchyard of St. Paul’s on Main Street in historic Stockbridge, Massachusetts. Father Samuel Vaught will bless all of the bicycles and their riders before a short ride from the church down Main Street and back for refreshments.

This year’s Blessing of the Bicycles is being held in honor of Lisa Kane, the director of St. Paul’s Children’s Center, who has worked at the center for forty years. A free-will offering in honor of Lisa’s leadership will be taken up to support the scholarship fund at St. Paul’s Children’s center.

This interfaith event is open to everyone. The people of St. Paul’s see this as a way to bless all of our neighbors and strengthen our Berkshires community.
