Greening of the Soul: A Workshop for Those Interested in Big Things, and Happy in Small Ways
September 6 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
$75.00“In spite of illness, in spite even of the arch-enemy sorrow, one can remain alive long past the usual date of disintegration if one is unafraid of change, insatiable in intellectual curiosity, interested in big things, and happy in small ways.” – Edith Wharton, A Backward Glance (1934)
What would it mean to live a life well-lived? One that celebrates story, uplifts service, and reveres the lessons found in the natural world? One that honors both the 10,000 joys and the 10,000 sorrows we all inevitably face? One that is grounded in love and guided by compassion?
Greening of the Soul is a daylong workshop offered by three wise, compassionate, warm, and funny women who will share their perspectives and experience on how to create and enjoy a well-lived life. Join them in mindful meditation, engaging practices, and discussion as they invite you to identify, imagine, and reflect on the unique and universal qualities that create for each of us a life well-lived.
Join them as we reflect upon and recommit to the unique and universal ingredients that contribute to our meaningful lives.
Questions related to this workshop can be directed to Reverend Eileen.
