Berkshire Bach presents BBS PORTALS: EVENING IN THE PALACE OF REASON—Bach meets Frederick the Great in the Age of Enlightenment with Artistic Director Eugene Drucker and distinguished author James R. Gaines at 3pm on Sunday, March 9 at the Lenox Town Hall. The program reviews the real-life events in 1747 that prompted Bach to create his late masterpiece, THE MUSICAL OFFERING, BWV 1079, and includes a performance of the trio sonata from the work by members of the Berkshire Bach Ensemble, a presentation by author James R.
