ROCK STARS & Paper Tigers:
Industries that built Lee

Lee Library

100 Main St., Lee, Massachusetts

The Lee Historical Society will present a major exhibit featuring the marble and paper industries that built the town during the month of November.  The exhibit will hang at the Lee Library, 100 Main Street throughout November.  Guides will be present on all Friday evenings during the month between 1 and 5 p.m. and also on two Thursday evenings, November 7 and 14, 5 to 8 p.m.  The exhibit may be viewed at other times during library hours (10-5 daily except Sunday and Thursday evenings) by inquiring at the desk.  This is a large and very visual exhibit that will also include a display by Onyx Paper, our surviving paper mill.  A separate part of the display will feature "Baseball in Lee," presented by Baseball in the Berkshires.
