Elinor Mary Reilly, 76, of Housatonic, Mass., died Saturday September 5, 2015 at Mt. Carmel Care Center in Lenox, Mass. She was born in Pittsfield on May 26, 1939, daughter of Charles “Charlie” and Stella (Czajkowski) Castronova. Elinor was a 1957 graduate of the former Searles High School. Fondly remembered as, “The Tupperware Lady” she also worked at several area schools, and most recently as a dispatcher and office manager for S.B.E.T.C. Elinor enjoyed spending time with family, especially her precious grandchildren and friends. She enjoyed sitting on her front porch. Elinor is survived by one son, Mark Reilly of Goodlettsville, Tenn., two daughters, Christine Shelton of Housatonic and Lyn Clements of Pittsfield, Mass., six grandchildren, Sabrina Shelton, Katrina Shelton, Annika Shelton, Brodie Clements, Tucker Clements and Kate O’Neil and many cousins.
In keeping with Elinor’s wishes there are no services. Per her request there will be an informal gathering of family and friends at Pleasant and Main Café, 1063 Main Street, Housatonic on Sunday, September 20 from 3-5. All are welcome.
