Dr. Brown became Chairman of Pathology at the late, great Genesee Hospital in Rochester where he remained for more than thirty years.el, New Marlborough, But when he retired he took to Country Music and the bass fiddle, with a group named Wild Root.
Mrs. Cook was employed as a traffic manager at ED Jones in Pittsfield for 45 years until her retirement in 2005. She then went to work part-time as an administrative assistant at the town offices in Stockbridge.

Because the regional agreement between Great Barrington, Stockbridge and West Stockbridge stipulates that towns pay in a per pupil system, Great Barrington bears 70 percent of the cost.

As an active member of the community, David was a lieutenant who was a 20-year member of the Great Barrington Fire Department and a certified a CPR instructor.

Mrs. Rood drove school busses for Massini Bus Co. as well as Hayes Bus Co. Over the 30 plus years she drove many hundreds of students, many of whom still remember her fondly.
Roland was employed as an electrician by Harland B. Foster, Inc. from 1945 until 1980. He continued his career working for out-of-state locals until his retirement.
