Business owners endorse Lucinda Vermeulen for Egremont Board of Selectmen

In their letter, Egremont business owners write: "Lucinda understands how a vibrant business community can fit with the rural character of Egremont."

To the editor:

We Egremont business owners endorse Lucinda Vermeulen for Egremont Board of Selectmen. Many of us are neighbors of her business, Kenver, on Main Street, South Egremont while others of us have come to know of Lucinda through her years of civic involvement.

We believe Lucinda will bring to the board her 35 years of business experience in fiscal and employee management, her ability to serve the diverse needs of others and her ability to address challenges and opportunities with decisive and effective actions.

We also believe that Lucinda understands how a vibrant business community can fit with the rural character of Egremont. She will be able to balance economic opportunity with the protections needed to keep Egremont a community that all are proud to call home.

Please join us and vote for Lucinda Vermeulen for Egremont Board of Selectmen on Tuesday, May 14, 2019.
