Business Briefs: Wellness center grand opening; Greylock appoints new director

Greylock Federal Credit Union has announced the selection of Tyrone A. Jackson as the newest member of its volunteer Board of Directors.

West Stockbridge — Boundless, a new bodywork, personal training, and wellness space, will open its doors to the public on Thursday, December 10. Located on the second floor of the historic Shaker Mill Tavern, Boundless will provide private and small group wellness solutions woven from a robust selection of services including advanced massage therapy, integrative functional training, acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine, and more.

Founded by Karden Rabin, LMT, Boundless’ roster of practitioners includes Kelly Clady, L.Ac., Dipl. O.M.; and Elaine Mack, CPT, LMT; who, with Rabin, collectively boast more than 50 years in combined experience. In addition to integrative services, Boundless will offer an array of a la carte services such as deep tissue massage, acupuncture for weight loss, and personal training. The public is invited to learn more about Boundless, its services, practitioners, and facilities at an open house on Thursday, December 10, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Visitors are invited to enjoy complimentary locally sourced refreshments, live music, and special booking rates for Boundless services.

Greylock appoints Jackson as new director

Pittsfield — Greylock Federal Credit Union has announced the selection of Tyrone A. Jackson as the newest member of its volunteer Board of Directors. Jackson fills the Board seat vacated by former President & CEO Marilyn L. Sperling who retired last October. Jackson has served on Greylock’s Supervisory Committee for the past year.

Jackson is currently the head of Big Head Books, LLC, a literacy organization he founded in 2011 with an educational and socially conscious mission. Jackson’s previous experience includes Territory Sales & Retention Representative at Republic Services in Cheshire; Assistant Service Manager at Cintas Corporation in Pittsfield; Customer Response Operator at GTL, Inc. – Link To Life in Pittsfield; and Account Executive at Olla Beauty Supply in Little Ferry, N.J.
