Greylock Federal Credit Union promotes Darell Dickerson to Assistant Vice President of Administrative Services

Pittsfield— Greylock Federal Credit Union announces the promotion of Darell Dickerson to Assistant Vice President of Administrative Services. In this new role, he will manage a team of administrative professionals, work with other Greylock leaders to recommend, develop and manage projects that help improve efficiency; serve as liaison to the Board of Directors to ensure timely communication flow and compliance, manage onboarding and orientation for new Board members and Supervisory committee members, manage the annual meeting process, and provide administrative support to the SVP/CAO and Senior Management Team.

Dickerson began his career with Greylock in 2021. He is a certified credit union financial coach, serves on the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Club of the Berkshires, where he’s also an Amateur Athletic Union coach. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.

MountainOne Board elects Jonathan Denmark as Executive Vice President of MountainOne Bank 

North Adams— MountainOne announces the promotion of Jonathan Denmark to Executive Vice President of MountainOne Bank. In addition to his new leadership responsibilities, Denmark will continue to serve as President & Chief Operating Officer of MountainOne Insurance Agency.

Denmark will celebrate ten years with MountainOne in March. Early in his tenure as President & COO of MountainOne Insurance, he led the consolidation of MountainOne’s Insurance agencies, True North Insurance and Coakley, Pierpan, Dolan, and Collins, and oversaw the rebranding of the combined agencies to MountainOne Insurance. His efforts also established a strong partnership with OneDigital for the agency’s group benefits business line. Under his leadership, MountainOne Insurance has continued to expand, acquiring three agencies, opening a new office in Stockbridge, and expanding the agency’s presence to the Pioneer Valley. He also serves in the role of Board Chair of the Pittsfield Economic Development Authority, which oversees the William Stanley Business Park.

Berkshire Opera Festival appoints of Natalie Johnsonius Neubert as President and CEO

Great Barrington— Berkshire Opera Festival (BOF) announces the appointment of Natalie Johnsonius Neubert as its new President and CEO. In this role, she will work with BOF’s Board of Directors and co-founders Brian Garman (William E. Briggs Artistic Director) and Jonathon Loy (Director of Production) to realize BOF’s mission and lead the company into its second decade.

Natalie Johnsonius Neubert has twenty-five years of experience as an arts management professional working in programming, fundraising, and marketing for performing arts organizations including Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, the Dublin International Fringe Festival, Performance Space New York (formerly P.S. 122,) Classic Stage Company, Nashville Shakespeare Festival, The Kitchen, the Alliance of Resident Theatres/New York, LUMBERYARD/American Dance Institute, Shakespeare & Company, and the Berkshire Music School. She has served on grant-making panels for the National Endowment for the Arts, and on the Boards of Directors for The Mount, On The Boards (Seattle) and The Civilians Theater Company (New York). Johnsonius Neubert earned her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Fine Arts degrees from Sarah Lawrence College.

Pittsfield Cooperative Bank elects George Haddad to its Board of Directors

Pittsfield— Pittsfield Cooperative Bank (Co-op Bank) announces that George Haddad has been elected to its Board of Directors.

George Haddad serves as the President of Haddad Auto Group. Under his leadership, the company has expanded to include multiple dealerships across Massachusetts and Vermont, representing brands such as Toyota, Subaru, Hyundai, and GMC. Haddad has also been a longtime supporter and board member of the Boys & Girls Club of the Berkshires, actively participating in various committees and organizing the annual golf tournament, which has raised nearly $1 million to date.

Literacy Network welcomes Glenn H. Myers to its Board of Directors

Lee— The Literacy Network (LitNet) welcomes Glenn H. Myers to its Board of Directors.

Myers joined LitNet in January 2025 after retiring from a career in communications, events management, and corporate citizenship at various organizations, including MIT, Timberland, Fidelity Investments, Vistaprint, and Lonza. He has served on committees, volunteered, and supported Rwanda Youth Partnership, the American Red Cross, Literacy Volunteers of America, Our Neighbors’ Table Pantry, and numerous Friends of the Library. For his fundraising and clothing drive efforts in supporting Kosovo refugees, he was awarded the American Red Cross Seacoast Chapter Local Hero Award.

Myers received a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Syracuse University. He continued his education over the years, receiving varying certificates in Social Justice and Inclusive Leadership, Production Management, and Project Management. He is currently a writer, having been published in the Boston Globe, Loch Raven Review, The Stray Branch, The Wise Owl, and SIX WORD MEMOIRS. He also volunteers as a LitNet tutor.

“The ability to speak, read, and write is the great equalizer, as it opens doors that might otherwise not be available,” Myers said when asked why he chose to join the LitNet Board. “Additionally, it provides the ability to more readily access basic human services. I was fortunate to be born into a good zip code, with access to education, books, reading, and writing. Literacy is a human right, and LitNet allows me to help others on their literacy journey.”

Chester Theatre Company announces Christopher Baker and Michelle Ong-Hendrick as Co-Artistic Directors

Chester— Chester Theatre Company announces that Christopher Baker and Michelle Ong-Hendrick have been appointed as the new Co-Artistic Directors. Baker and Ong-Hendrick replace outgoing Co-Artistic Directors James Barry and Tara Franklin. 

Baker and Ong-Hendrick bring a track record of outstanding artistry in theatres and universities across the country and will continue Chester Theatre Company’s 35 year long tradition of exceptional theatre. Charles Johnson, Board Chair says, “The decision to bring on Chris and Michelle as Chester Theatre Company’s next Co-Artistic directors is indicative of the experience and enthusiasm they both bring to our company. We are very much looking forward to working with them and to continuing to support all the artists who spend the summer with us. We thank Tara and James for their artistry and commitment to quality theatre they brought to Chester over the past two years.”

Christopher Baker is a dramaturg, playwright, director and teacher with over 30 years’ experience in regional, Off-Broadway and academic theatre. From 1998 to 2013 he was a member of the artistic staff at Hartford Stage, serving in various capacities, including Associate Artistic Director, Associate Producer, and Senior Dramaturg.

Michelle Ong-Hendrick has staged the operas for Pan Opera, University of Connecticut, Hartford Opera Theater, the Hartt School, and the Intermezzo Opera Festival. She’s also directed at Trinity College, Hartford Opera Theater’s “New in November Festival,” and UConn Opera Theater. She is a visiting assistant professor at Trinity College, was an Associate in Opera at the Hartt School/University of Hartford, a visiting lecturer at the University of Massachusetts, and ran workshops at the Intermezzo Opera Festival, the International School of the Philippines, Central Connecticut State University, and Hartford’s Trust House. She was founding Artistic Director of Hartford Opera Theater. Her professional work as an actress at Hartford Stage, TheatreWorks, Playmakers Repertory Company, and the Ko Festival among others. Ong-Hendrick earned a BA from the University of Massachusetts and an MFA from the University of North Carolina, Professional Acting Training Program.
