Bradford C. Storti, 37, of Becket

Bradford C. Storti, 37, of Becket, died unexpectedly Thursday, at home, as the result of an accident. He was born in Pittsfield on March 4, 1979 the son of Carl and Katherine Fetridge

Storti, raised in Becket and attended Wahconah Regional High School. Brad was most recently employed by Country Curtains where he worked in the shipping department, prior to that he had been employed by Boyd Technologies. Brad took great enjoyment in flying his radio controlled planes and working on his Jeep, often finding it therapeutic. He was especially proud of the fact that on November 3rd he would have marked one full year of sobriety, a feat which was very challenging for him. Besides his parents of Becket, Brad leaves behind two brothers: Todd Storti and his fiancée, Shawn Marie of Richmond, Paul Storti and his wife Brooke of North Egremont; one sister: Cyndi Storti of Oregon; and his loving nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind his cat, Coal, who was a great companion.

At the request of the family there will be no services. In lieu of flowers, those wishing may make donations in Brad’s memory to Berkshire Humane Society in care of the Birches-Roy Funeral Home, 33 South St., Great Barrington, MA. 01230.
