Berkshire delegation members endorse Leigh Davis for 3rd Berkshire District in the State House of Representatives

Great Barrington — Leigh Davis, Democratic nominee for state representative in the 3rd Berkshire District, has earned endorsements from three prominent members of the Berkshire legislative delegation: State Sen. Paul Mark (D – Berkshire, Hampden, Franklin, and Hampshire District) and State Reps. Tricia Farley-Bouvier (D – 2nd Berkshire District) and John Barrett III (D – 1st Berkshire District).

Sen. Mark, who has represented the Berkshire, Hampden, Franklin, and Hampshire District since 2023, brings years of experience from his prior service as a state representative from 2011 to 2023. Rep. Farley-Bouvier, Pittsfield’s state representative since 2011, is a seasoned legislator and former Pittsfield city councilor. Rep. Barrett, with a 26-year tenure as North Adams mayor and state representative since 2017, is another prominent voice in the region.

Leigh Davis is the communications director at Construct and serves as a Board director for 1Berkshire and Saint James Place. She is also an active member of the Lake Mansfield Improvement Task Force and the W.E.B. Du Bois Legacy Committee. She is vice chair of the Great Barrington Selectboard and chairs the Selectboard and Planning Board Housing Subcommittee.
