Ballet jogging on Prospect Hill — to Borodin

Stockbridge – If you were a runner, you would probably be satisfied, say, with a jog from the Red Lion Inn down to  the Stockbridge Country Club, striding by the golf course, across the river, then down Cherry Street, and back again to the center of town.

But not Leif Steinert. He traverses the dirt road off Prospect Hill that leads to Eden Hill at The National Shrine of the Divine Mercy. And he prefers what he describes as “ballet jogging.” Watch him “jogging” to Borodin’s “Polovtsian Dances” from the opera “Prince Igor,” with the Reykjavik Opera Choir, as recorded in the video below.
