Rita Kasky

Rita Kasky came to the Berkshires in 1992 to work at the Austen Riggs Center as Development Director. In 1996, she accepted the position as Development Director at Gould Farm in Monterey and remained there until her retirement in 2006. Previously in New York for 40 years, she worked in nonprofit administration and development – As Associate Director of Brandeis University’s New York Regional Alumni Office, as Development Director of Cancer Care and, finally, as Executive Director of the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America. Now in the Berkshires, she is an active board member of Berkshire South, where she serves on the Governance Committee. She also serves on the Governance committee at the Sandisfield Arts Center. She has also tutored for the Literacy Network of South Berkshire.
