Marc Rudnick is a retired building contractor who co-founded a worker cooperative renovation firm, Community Builders Cooperative, in 1979. Raised in New York City, Marc has been community-building in Waltham, Mass., since 1978, helping to start and nourish numerous Waltham projects and organizations, including the Waltham Land Trust and the Waltham Farmers’ Market. He lives on the shore of Hardy Pond in Waltham’s Lakeview neighborhood.
