Francesco, born and raised in northern Italy, has cooked in kitchens across Europe and New York City. He is now the manager and sommelier at Cin Cin! a new restaurant in Windham, NY. When he isn't working, he teaches Kisti how to enjoy her time in the kitchen. Together, they are planning an expansive summer garden and many future food adventures. When she isn't in the kitchen or the garden, Kisti writes about flowers and works as a bookkeeper.
