Chef George Cami was trained as a chef in his native Greece. After immigrating to the United States, he worked in two different Greek restaurants in Astoria, Queens. In 2001, he moved to Great Barrington and opened Aegean Breeze. He loves working in the Berkshires where people appreciate healthy food, well prepared. Aegean Breeze is a family affair. George’s wife Irina Barka helps him run the restaurant, and now his 18-year-old son is learning to cook.
