Elliott Morss graduated from Williams College in 1960 and earned a Ph.D. in political economy at Johns Hopkins University in 1963. He has worked in 45 countries with the International Monetary Fund and as an entrepreneur. He has taught at Harvard University, University of Michigan, Brandeis, and University of Palermo in Buenos Aires.
Morss is the author of six books and published more than 50 articles in professional journals. He is a regular contributor to Seeking Alpha and Global Economic Intersection.
