Elliott Morss

Elliott Morss graduated from Williams College in 1960 and earned a Ph.D. in political economy at Johns Hopkins University in 1963. He has worked in 45 countries with the International Monetary Fund and as an entrepreneur. He has taught at Harvard University, University of Michigan, Brandeis, and University of Palermo in Buenos Aires. Morss is the author of six books and published more than 50 articles in professional journals. He is a regular contributor to Seeking Alpha and Global Economic Intersection.

It would appear to be quite sensible to regulate guns as we regulate autos and their drivers ... and it would seem quite reasonable to require guns to be insured, at least for liabilities.
