Anthony William Errichetto Sr., 82, of Stockbridge

He was an avid antique and gun collector, and a lifelong member of the NRA and the North American Hunting Club.

Anthony William Errichetto, Sr. (Tony), 82, of Glendale Road, Stockbridge, Mass., passed away at home peacefully Friday evening, July 15, 2016 with his loving family by his side after a 7 month long battle with cancer.

Born March 16, 1934 he was the son of late William Errichetto and Philomena Christino Errichetto.

He was an avid antique and gun collector. He loved spending time with his family, going to tag sales, working in his garden and on his tractor and collecting scrap metals.

He was a union construction worker for 40 years and retired from Lane construction in 1999. He was a lifelong member of the NRA and the North American Hunting Club.

He married the former Mary Louise Love on August 8, 1961, Tony and Mary would have celebrated 55 years of marriage next month. Besides the love of his life, his wife Mary, he leaves two sons Anthony Errichetto, Jr. and his wife Theresa and his son Gino Errichetto and his wife Mary C. both of Stockbridge, three grandsons Anthony, Joseph, and Nicholas Errichetto, three great grand children Cole, Maizen, Natalie, and Italia Grace on the way in a few weeks. He also leaves two brothers Angelo and Arthur.

He was preceded by his brothers Jerry, William, Robert, and Rocco.

Services are private at his request.
