Alice Tarbell, longtime resident of Housatonic, Massachusetts, passed away on Thursday, May 20, 2021, at her home on Oak Street. She was 62 years old.
Alice grew up in the suburbs of Buffalo, New York, and graduated from Wellesley College with a degree in economics in 1982. Most recently, Alice worked as a bookkeeper. She enjoyed movies, show tunes, walks on Baldwin Hill, vacations to Cape Cod, and the company of her friends.
Alice is survived by her husband, Russ Skelton, sons Timothy and Benjamin, sister Ann of Baltimore, Maryland, and brother Jim (Karen) of Denver, Colorado. A Celebration of Life is being planned for September 12, 2021 at Gedney Farm in New Marlborough, Massachusetts from 1-4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to HospiceCare in the Berkshires.
