Alert: Where the sidewalk ends… ‘Be Seen, Be Safe!’

In addition to safety presentations, there will be a free picnic lunch and safety vests for all participants.

Sidewalk safe posterGreat Barrington — What do you do when the simple act of crossing the street turns into a dangerous stunt? The A.G.E. Triad is sponsoring a public event called, “Be Seen, Be Safe!” designed to help those who choose to make the treacherous journey, whether by foot, bike, or car, across the street, a little bit safer.

In addition to safety presentations, there will be a free picnic lunch and safety vests for all participants. The event will be held on June 21st from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Claire Teague Senior Center on 917 South Main St. Great Barrington, Mass.
