Noticing how my mind works helps me to stay connected to myself.  If

I am resisting a thought, or my mind is overflowing with thoughts, I

can’t fully feel myself.  When my mind is clear, I am more likely to make

‘better’ choices and decisions…

    Love this work. As I commented when I saw these drawings previously, THIS in Hebrew is ZEH which is one of the names of God. The idea being that whatever it is…it is holy. This and this and this and this. All sacred expressions of life. Wonderful to see you in The Edge.
