Wednesdays, Ages 10-14. Group fitness for youth is a dynamic and fun way to be social while exercising. During this program, we offer the opportunity for youth to learn about the fitness center, gym etiquette, and how our fitness equipment works. We teach how to safely exercise in a productive and beneficial manner that is adapted to each age group and ability. From time to time the group participates in some of the adult group classes that run during this time. This program will help youth increase their self-image, give them a reason to work out, allow them to work out with friends, and give them a safe environment to learn about fitness and well-being.
