Sunday, May 21 - She had the opportunity to be the First Congregational Church Secretary and held that position until her retirement.

Saturday, May 20 - Besides being known as a wonderful baker, Lydia enjoyed crocheting, was a proud member of the Prospect Street Club Girls, the Red Hat Society and an active member of St. Mary’s Parish.

Charles Larson, Sr., 83, of Lee

Wednesday, May 17 - Chuck was known for his sense of humor, the ability to fix anything, his love of history, railroads and motorcycles.

Anne Leonhardt, 92, of Lenox

Tuesday, May 16 - In 1998 Anne founded the “Fund for Women and Girls” at Fairfield County Community Foundation where she was honored this past April at their annual fundraising event.

Jeffrey Michael Crane, 45, of Lee

Monday, May 8 - He was a graduate of the United Bicycle Institute, Inc. in Oregon and was employed as a bicycle mechanic at Berkshire Bike and Board in Great Barrington at the time of his death.

David M. Ibáñez, 20, of Monterey

Tuesday, May 2 - David loved cooking, baking, reading science fiction, snowboarding, playing hockey, and hiking. One of his favorite activities was to climb the hills of Berkshire County to see the sunrise and reflect on life.

Mario Buffoni, 88, of Lee

Tuesday, May 2 - Mr. Buffoni attended Lee schools and was a mason contractor for over 40 years. He served in the Korean War, and among other awards received a purple heart.

Ann M. O’Brien, 74, formerly of Lee

Wednesday, Apr 26 - Ann lived most of her life in Lee, attended Lee schools, graduating from Lee High School in 1960. She was also communicant of St. Mary’s Church in Lee.
