Benjamin Daire, born and trained in France, has been head chef at Alta since 2011. Before coming to Alta, he worked in Paris for the renowned Chef Michel Rostang (Michelin two stars) and also in Aix en Provence for equally renowned Chef Jean Marc Banzo (also Michelin two stars.) He is delighted to be collaborating with Alta’s passionate restaurateurs Aurelien Telle and Stephan Ferioli. At Alta, these three pride themselves on providing not only delicious food and wine, but exceptional service as well. Their inspired Mediterranean cuisine is always fresh, and their extensive wine list features selections from around the world, not to mention 24 delicious wines by the glass.
